The Yard Training Center is a state-of-the-art athletic training facility and gym dedicated to the development of athletic performance. Located in beautiful Hermosa Beach, California, The Yard Training Center and Gym has over 4,000 square feet of highly specialized training equipment. The facility houses innovative, high-tech gear, an extensive cardiovascular area, over 10,000 lbs. of free weights, and a boxing center.

At The Yard Training Center and Gym you don't have to be a professional to train like one. Jeremy "Troll" Subin and the professional staff of The Yard bring decades of passion, knowledge and experience for sport, conditioning and performance enhancement to The Yard.
